Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger Parts ELLIPTICAL HEAD 2:1 NACE MR0103 HIC RESISTANT

YUHONG ASME-standard 2:1 Elliptical Head, designed for end closures of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and shell & tube heat exchangers. The head is formed by cold spinning or hot pressing, with geometry conforming to ASME Section VIII Div.1 — major axis to minor axis ratio of 2:1.

The head is welded directly to the shell course to form a closed pressure boundary, resisting internal or external pressure loads. Applications include petroleum refining, chemical processing, natural gas treatment, nuclear auxiliary systems, and heat exchange equipment manufacturing.

This head series is engineered for integration with finned tube bundle​ assemblies, forming the complete pressure envelope of shell & tube heat exchangers.
