Yuhong Group has successfully completed the fabrication of a custom large-scale pressure vessel and dispatched it to the project site. Engineered to strict safety and industry codes, this heavy-duty vessel serves as a critical process component. Our advanced welding and non-destructive testing (NDT) capabilities ensured superior structural integrity and leak-free performance. Prior to highway transit, all critical nozzles, flanges, and sealing surfaces were meticulously wrapped in protective packaging to prevent environmental damage during shipping. The heavy-haul transport is now en route, fully prepared for immediate on-site installation and system integration.

Yuhong Group possesses robust hardware capabilities in terms of advanced manufacturing and non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment. Our production facilities are equipped with heavy-duty CNC plate rolling machines, multi-axis CNC machining centers, and fully automated Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) and orbital tube-to-tubesheet welding systems. These advanced systems enable the high-precision, integrated machining of extra-large diameter, heavy-wall pressure vessels and complex 3D saddle-shaped hillside nozzles. In addition, our workshop features large-capacity, temperature-controlled post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) furnaces for precise stress relieving. For quality assurance, we have integrated high-precision online Eddy Current Testing (ET) systems (specifically for rapid, non-destructive screening of seamless copper and heat exchanger tubes), Digital Radiography (DR/RT), high-resolution Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and comprehensive pneumatic and hydrostatic pressure testing systems, ensuring that every piece of equipment and critical component achieves zero-leakage performance under extreme operating conditions.
