INCOLOY825 Seamless Tube + Extruded Aluminum Finned Tube Structure

The base tube utilizes INCOLOY825 nickel-based alloy, which effectively resists the strong corrosion of ammonium hydrosulfide (NH₄HS) in synthetic ammonia shift gas, ensuring long-term safe operation of the equipment under high temperature and high pressure.

ASME SA179 Seamless Tube + Extruded Aluminum Finned Tube Structure

Suitable for circulating gas cooling conditions with relatively weaker corrosiveness, balancing economic efficiency and heat exchange performance.

All air coolers feature a high-pressure plug-type structure, facilitating mechanical cleaning inside the tube bundle and adapting to the characteristics of media prone to fouling. The connection between heat exchange tubes and the header box adopts strength welding plus expanded joint technology, with the inner wall of the header box overlaid with 625 alloy based on medium corrosion risk, ensuring no leakage risk in the tube header area.
