ASME SA182 F11 Cl.2 Front Channel For General Industrial Pressure Vessel
Front Channel is an inlet/outlet connection component in pressure vessels or piping systems, usually used in valve bodies, reactor end covers or heat exchanger tube boxes. It needs to have sealing, pressure resistance and thermal fatigue resistance.

Application
Petrochemical equipment
Hydrogenation reactor: Reactor front channel components of the hydrodesulfurization (HDS) unit in the refinery.
Cracking furnace and fractionation tower: Pipeline connectors for high-temperature oil and gas mixed media, resistant to acidic media (including H₂S, CO₂) and thermal cycle loads.
Power and boiler system
