Yuhong Group induced Draft type Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger offers greater control of the process fluid through more efficient airflow distribution, the induced draft design also protects the pressure vessel by positioning the plenum chamber above the bundle. Using this reactor for our green hydrogen ammonia pilot project. The 200,000L capacity gives us good scale-up data for commercial facilities. Australian Standards AS1210 compliance was verified by local inspection body—no issues. The vendor's familiarity with high-purity hydrogen service (99.999%) was evident in the material selection and cleaning procedures. Delivery to Port of Newcastle was well-coordinated. Fully meets the rigorous requirements of TEMA R standards. We used these SA266 Grade 2N flanges for a refinery project in Texas. The machining precision is impressive, and the sealing face finish is absolutely perfect.

We installed this heat exchanger at our petrochemical facility in Jubail Industrial City back in March. The ASME VIII-1 certification was non-negotiable for us, and this unit delivered exactly what we needed. The SA516 Gr485 shell material has held up exceptionally well against our high-temperature process streams, even during the peak summer months when ambient temperatures exceed 45°C. What impressed me most was the quality of the welding—our inspection team did radiography testing on random seams, and all passed with flying colors. The supplier kept us updated throughout fabrication with photos and progress reports, which built a lot of trust. We've had zero leaks or performance issues since startup. Definitely planning to order another unit for our expansion project next year.
