This ASME U Stamp exchanger uses a two-pass U-tube bundle, a configuration that combines a compact footprint with the thermal flexibility of U-bend tubes. The two-pass arrangement lets you achieve higher tube-side velocities for better heat transfer and reduced fouling, while the U-bend construction absorbs differential thermal expansion without expansion joints. Built to ASME Section VIII Div. 1 with PED and CE certification, the bundle is removable for inspection, keeping maintenance straightforward throughout the equipment life. We deliver complete documentation, including material certificates, hydrostatic test reports and as-built drawings, with engineering support for installation.
