This large fixed tubesheet bundle incorporates a bellows expansion joint, the component that directly addresses differential thermal expansion between shell and tubes in big fixed tubesheet exchangers. The bellows absorbs the axial movement that would otherwise concentrate stress at the tubesheet joints, protecting tube-to-tubesheet welds and extending bundle life in cyclic temperature service. Materials include 304 stainless steel for the bundle and SA182 F11 alloy where elevated-temperature strength is required, all fabricated under ASME U Stamp with CE certification. Supplied as a direct replacement with full documentation, the bundle is backed by installation and after-sales support.
