Product Description: ASTM A182 F304L Tube Sheet
Tube sheet is one of the most critical components of shell-and-tube heat exchangers and condensers. It is used to firmly fix heat exchanger tubes inside tube bundles, bear mechanical loads, and achieve airtight separation between the tube side and shell side.
The offered tube sheets are manufactured from high-quality austenitic stainless steel ASTM A182 F304L. Its low carbon content (L stands for Low Carbon) endows the material with excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding, which is essential for equipment operating in harsh corrosive environments and subjected to thermal treatment during production.

- Additional processing: Cladding anti-corrosion overlay on the shell side for service in severely corrosive media; CNC precision drilling to guarantee strict tolerance on hole diameter and pitch.
