Shell-Side Hydro Test
- Test pressure: 1.5 × Design Pressure
- Holding time: ≥ 30 minutes
- Inspect for deformation, leakage or seepage
Tube-Side Hydro Test
- Test pressure: 1.5 × Design Pressure
- Holding time: ≥ 30 minutes
- Check tightness of tube-to-tube sheet joints (expansion & welding)
Full Assembly Test
- Final integrated pressure test
- Inspect flanges, covers, nozzles and gaskets
- Confirm overall safety and reliability
All tests are performed with clean water, under controlled temperature, and recorded with complete data for inspection.
