Introduction

 

Our Combined Feed Effluent Exchangers (CFEE) are engineered for maximum heat recovery in high-pressure, high-temperature hydroprocessing environments (such as hydrotreating and hydrocracking). By efficiently transferring heat from the reactor effluent to the incoming combined feed, our heat exchangers significantly reduce refinery energy consumption and furnace fuel costs.

We use this for oil refinery bypass cooling. Despite the dust and ambient heat, the thermal performance hasn't dropped. The external coating is thick and very resistant to corrosion.
