ASTM A182 F310 Weld Neck RTJ Flange
ASTM A182 F310 Weld Neck RTJ Flange is a high-pressure sealing flange forged from high-chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel UNS S31000. It complies with ASTM A182 high-temperature forgings standard and ASME B16.5 dimensional specification.
Its annular groove seal (RTJ) design is specially designed for extreme working conditions. It can withstand temperatures up to 1150°C and has resistance to high-temperature oxidation, sulfur corrosion and creep. It is widely used in oil and gas wellhead equipment, refinery cracking equipment, high-temperature furnace pipe systems and high-pressure chemical pipelines.
It meets stringent standards such as API 6A and NACE MR0175, and is suitable for Class 150 to Class 2500 pressure levels, ensuring reliable sealing and long-term safe operation under high-pressure environments.

Application
Oil and gas extraction: high-pressure wellhead equipment, submarine pipelines and natural gas processing equipment (in compliance with API 6A/17D standards), resistant to H₂S/CO₂ acidic media;
Oil refining and petrochemicals: cracking furnaces, catalytic cracking units and high-temperature sulfur corrosion pipelines (temperatures up to 1150°C), resistant to high-temperature oxidation and sulfidation corrosion;
Energy and power: ultra-supercritical power plant steam pipelines, nuclear reactor cooling systems and heat treatment furnace accessories;
Chemical and metallurgy: strong acid (sulfuric acid, nitric acid) reactors, high-temperature molten salt transmission pipelines and sulfur-resistant flue gas systems.
Its annular groove seal (RTJ) structure and UNS S31000 material work together to ensure reliable sealing of Class 150~2500 pressure levels, meet ASME B16.5, NACE MR0175 and other standards, and are suitable for harsh working conditions that require long-term creep resistance and thermal fatigue resistance.
