Front Channel is an inlet/outlet connection component in pressure vessels or piping systems, usually used in valve bodies, reactor end covers or heat exchanger tube boxes. It needs to have sealing, pressure resistance and thermal fatigue resistance.

Application

Petrochemical equipment

Hydrogenation reactor: Reactor front channel components of the hydrodesulfurization (HDS) unit in the refinery.

Cracking furnace and fractionation tower: Pipeline connectors for high-temperature oil and gas mixed media, resistant to acidic media (including H₂S, CO₂) and thermal cycle loads.

Power and boiler system

Thermal power plant boiler: As the steam header end cover or high-temperature valve body, it needs to ensure the sealing reliability when operating for a long time under 540°C saturated steam.

Heat exchanger tube box: used for the tube inlet/outlet of the high-pressure feedwater heater, withstanding water hammer impact and thermal stress alternation.

General industrial pressure vessel

Chemical reactor: As the stirring shaft sealing end cover or medium inlet and outlet channel, it adapts to the acid-base alternating environment (needs to be matched with anti-corrosion coating or cladding layer).
