What Is a U-Tube Bundle? (And Why It Matters)

A U-tube bundle consists of tubes bent into a U-shape, with both ends secured into a single tube sheet. This design allows each tube to expand and contract independently when exposed to temperature changes, eliminating thermal stress without requiring expansion joints or floating head mechanisms.

2. Precision Mandrel Bending

Tube bending is where many manufacturers fall short. Poor bending causes:

We installed this heat exchanger at our petrochemical facility in Jubail Industrial City back in March.
