A shell and tube heat exchanger for after cooler service is designed to reduce the temperature of compressed gas or process fluids after compression. We use this for oil refinery bypass cooling. Despite the dust and ambient heat, the thermal performance hasn't dropped. The external coating is thick and very resistant to corrosion.

We purchased this heat exchanger for a critical amine service in our Texas plant. The ASME VIII-1 stamp gave us the confidence we needed for regulatory compliance. Upon arrival, our third-party inspector did a thorough check—he was impressed by the weld quality and the precise thickness of the SA516 Gr485 shell. It's been running continuously for six months now with zero issues. The documentation package (including material test reports and NDT reports) was complete and well-organized. Definitely a supplier we'll consider for future expansions.

Delivery was smooth—the unit arrived at Jebel Ali port within the promised timeframe, and the packaging protected it from the dusty environment during transport. Installation was quick because all flange alignments were perfect.
