Yuhong Group two types of Condenser: 

1.Yuhong Group Vertical condenser:   

Downflow vertical condenser: The vapor enters at the top of condenser and flows down inside tubes. The condensate drains from the tubes by gravity and vapor induced shear.
Upflow vertical condenser: In case of upflow condenser, the vapor enters at the bottom and flows upwards inside the tubes. The condensate drains down the tubes by gravity only.

2.  Yuhong Group Horizontal condenser:
The condensation may occur inside or outside the horizontal tubes. Condensation in the tube-side is common in air-cooled condensers. The main disadvantage of this type of condenser is that the liquid tends to build up in the tubes. Therefore the effective heat transfer co- efficient is reduced significantly.

The SA516 Gr485 material is known for its low-temperature toughness, and the vendor confirmed the impact testing met our specifications. Shipping to a remote location is always challenging, but the crating was heavy-duty and protected the unit during the long truck haul.

We purchased this heat exchanger for a critical amine service in our Texas plant. The ASME VIII-1 stamp gave us the confidence we needed for regulatory compliance. Upon arrival, our third-party inspector did a thorough check—he was impressed by the weld quality and the precise thickness of the SA516 Gr485 shell. It's been running continuously for six months now with zero issues. The documentation package (including material test reports and NDT reports) was complete and well-organized. Definitely a supplier we'll consider for future expansions.

The vessel's design pressure of 22 MPa and vacuum capability meet our stringent TÜV requirements. We particularly appreciate the detailed welding procedure specifications (WPS) and the flawless PWHT documentation. The Chinese manufacturer understood our need for precision—tolerances were tighter than ASME VIII Div.1 requirements. The hydrogen service design with stainless steel cladding on wetted surfaces shows they understand high-purity hydrogenation processes. Sehr empfehlenswert.
