Monel 400 Embedded G-Fin Tube is a high-performance heat exchanger tube made from Monel 400, a corrosion-resistant nickel-copper alloy. It features embedded G-type fins mechanically locked into grooves on the tube's outer surface, significantly increasing heat transfer efficiency. This design offers excellent durability, resistance to seawater and chemical corrosion, and is ideal for use in marine, petrochemical, and power generation applications.

 

1. Monel 400:

  • Type: A nickel-copper alloy (roughly 67% Ni, 23% Cu)

  • Key Properties:

    • Excellent corrosion resistance (especially in seawater and acidic environments)
