This ASME U Stamp TEMA BEM exchanger with fixed tubesheet bundle is built for refinery service where a rigid, leak-tight design is preferred. With no gasketed bundle joint, the fixed tubesheet construction reduces potential leak paths and simplifies the shell-side circuit, an advantage in high-temperature refinery duty. The unit is delivered to API 660 requirements with CE certification, and materials such as 304 stainless steel, duplex stainless steel or clad construction can be specified to match your process streams. Complete documentation, including calculations, drawings and material certificates, is provided, with installation and after-sales support from our engineers.
