The vessel is designed for severe cold climate—MDMT rating of -45°C suits our Siberian conditions perfectly. They provided full GOST-R certification package in addition to ASME, which saved us significant time on customs clearance. The 200 cubic meter volume is ideal for our hydrocracking pilot plant. Technical bid included HTRI thermal simulation with fouling factor 0.0002 m²·K/W for our naphtha hydrotreater. SA516 Gr485 + 1.25Cr-0.5Mo tube combination optimized for high-temperature hydrogen sulfide resistance. Delivery EXW Qingdao to CIF Ulsan was 22 days, door-to-door. Zero NCRs during FAT. Korean PM assigned spoke technical English fluently. Already approved for Phase 2 EPC.
