The ASME SA336 F11 Cl2 Tube Side Flange is a high-performance alloy steel flange designed for use in high-temperature and high-pressure environments. It is not a standard general-purpose flange, but a specialized component designed for heat exchangers operating under harsh conditions such as oil refining, chemical processing, or high-temperature power plants.

In shell-and-tube heat exchangers, the medium flows through two main spaces: the tube side and the shell side. The Tube Side designation specifies that this flange is used to connect, seal, or manage the fluid in the tube side.

The QA/QC system is comparable to Japanese pressure vessel manufacturers. We requested additional UT testing on all Category A joints, and they accommodated without delay. The external surface preparation (Sa2.5 blasting + epoxy coating) was executed perfectly for our coastal installation.
