Robust construction suitable for our tough operating environment. The vessel handles our coal-to-liquid hydrogenation process with Fischer-Tropsch syncrude—highly corrosive service. The internal cladding overlay (E309L/E347) has shown zero defects after 18 months operation. We appreciate the comprehensive spare parts list and recommended maintenance schedule. The manufacturer even provided on-site supervision during our first catalyst loading. Good value for African market conditions.

The QA/QC system is comparable to Japanese pressure vessel manufacturers. We requested additional UT testing on all Category A joints, and they accommodated without delay. The external surface preparation (Sa2.5 blasting + epoxy coating) was executed perfectly for our coastal installation. The 200,000L capacity with such a compact footprint demonstrates excellent engineering optimization. 納期も守られました。Will consider for future LNG pre-treatment projects.

We've been sourcing pressure vessels for 30 years, and this unit's ASME U-stamp certification gave us confidence from day one. The SA516 GR.70 material traceability documentation was impeccable—full MTRs, NDE reports, and third-party inspection by TÜV. Delivery to Houston was 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
