Using this reactor for our green hydrogen ammonia pilot project. The 200,000L capacity gives us good scale-up data for commercial facilities. Australian Standards AS1210 compliance was verified by local inspection body—no issues. The vendor's familiarity with high-purity hydrogen service (99.999%) was evident in the material selection and cleaning procedures. Delivery to Port of Newcastle was well-coordinated. The QA/QC system is comparable to Japanese pressure vessel manufacturers. We requested additional UT testing on all Category A joints, and they accommodated without delay. The external surface preparation (Sa2.5 blasting + epoxy coating) was executed perfectly for our coastal installation.
