Product  Design :

 

Before manufacturing, detailed engineering is performed, including:

 

Process Design: Determines column diameter, height, tray/packing type, and operating conditions (pressure, temperature, flow rates).

 

Mechanical Design: Follows ASME BPVC Section VIII (Pressure Vessels) or other standards (PED, API, etc.).
