The QA/QC system is comparable to Japanese pressure vessel manufacturers. We requested additional UT testing on all Category A joints, and they accommodated without delay. The external surface preparation (Sa2.5 blasting + epoxy coating) was executed perfectly for our coastal installation. The vessel is designed for severe cold climate—MDMT rating of -45°C suits our Siberian conditions perfectly.
