We've been sourcing pressure vessels for 30 years, and this unit's ASME U-stamp certification gave us confidence from day one. The SA516 GR.70 material traceability documentation was impeccable—full MTRs, NDE reports, and third-party inspection by TÜV. Delivery to Houston was 3 weeks ahead of schedule. The 200kL capacity fits perfectly into our hydrocracker expansion project. Weld quality exceeded API 510 standards. Definitely adding this manufacturer to our approved vendor list.

Technical bid included HTRI thermal simulation with fouling factor 0.0002 m²·K/W for our naphtha hydrotreater. SA516 Gr485 + 1.25Cr-0.5Mo tube combination optimized for high-temperature hydrogen sulfide resistance. Delivery EXW Qingdao to CIF Ulsan was 22 days, door-to-door. Zero NCRs during FAT. Korean PM assigned spoke technical English fluently. Already approved for Phase 2 EPC.

This manufacturer understands Middle East requirements. The external insulation supports were pre-designed for 150mm thick calcium silicate—saved us field modification time. They accepted our additional requirement for 100% X-ray on all welds without complaint. The hydrogen partial pressure design of 18 MPa is conservative for our hydrocracker service.
