HFW High Frequency Welding Finned Tubes
ASTM A312 TP321H seamless stainless steel high-frequency welded (HFW) finned tubes are made of titanium-stabilized high-carbon austenitic stainless steel as the base material, combined with the high-efficiency HFW finning process.
They are mainly applied in heat transfer systems operating under high temperatures ranging from 427°C to 816°C, corrosive conditions, and thermal cycling environments. Particularly suitable for power plant boilers, petrochemical heating/waste heat recovery, chemical heat exchange, and special industrial heating scenarios, these tubes balance mechanical strength, intergranular corrosion resistance, and heat transfer efficiency.
