SA209 T1 Carbon Molybdenum Alloy Steel Embedded G Finned Tubes With Al1060 Fins
These are embedded G-type finned tubes manufactured by mechanically locking the pre-formed G-profile aluminum fins into the precision-machined grooves on the outer surface of the SA209 T1 carbon-molybdenum alloy steel base tube.The embedded fin design ensures secure mechanical bonding without brazing or welding, suitable for specified temperature and pressure conditions.
SA209 T1 carbon‑molybdenum alloy steel embedded G finned tubes with AL1060 aluminum fins combine elevated temperature strength & creep resistance of the base tube, high thermal conductivity of AL1060 fins, they are widely used in industrial heat‑transfer systems where moderate‑to‑high temperature, corrosion stability, and high heat‑exchange efficiency are required.

  • High Heat Transfer Efficiency: Wound G fins are tightly and evenly wrapped around the base tube with a spiral structure, which maximizes the effective heat transfer area under the same tube length. The G-shaped fin profile optimizes air flow field distribution, reduces air side resistance, and enhances the convective heat transfer coefficient between fins and cooling air.
  • Strong Corrosion & Wear Resistance:Wound G finned tubes can be processed with surface anti-corrosion treatments (such as galvanizing, epoxy coating) according to industrial media requirements. 
  • Optimized Energy-saving Performance: The reasonable G-shaped fin profile reduces air side pressure drop, which can decrease the power consumption of axial flow fans in industrial air coolers while ensuring heat transfer effect.
  • Excellent Structural Stability & Connection Tightness:The winding process ensures tight bonding between G fins and the base tube, with no obvious gap at the contact interface. This avoids heat transfer resistance caused by loose connection, and effectively prevents fin detachment or loosening during long-term high-temperature, high-velocity air operation.
