1. Shell Material: Killed Carbon Steel
2. Tube Bundle Material: Alloy Steel

• Impact Testing: Conducted in accordance with Russian standards to ensure the material's toughness at low temperatures, especially for applications in harsh operating environments.

• Hardness Testing: The maximum allowable hardness for the material is 225HB, ensuring durability and resistance to wear while maintaining ductility.

3. U-Bent Tubes: Stress Relief After Bending The heat exchanger tubes are precision U-bent to meet the design requirements. After bending, the tubes undergo stress relief treatment in accordance with ASME UCS-56.
4. Post-Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) All welded components of the heat exchanger are subjected to Post-Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) as per ASME standards.
